TABUK VILLA TYPE-A

Located in Tabuk, KSA, the Tabuk Villa Type-A project was a comprehensive residential development executed for the National Housing Company (NHC). To support the successful delivery of this initiative, BIMLabs Global developed a fully coordinated Building Information Model at Level of Development (LOD) 300. This holistic digital approach ensured the seamless integration of Architecture, Structure, Interior Design, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines into a unified project environment.

The extensive scope of this completed project required meticulous modeling across various specialized building systems. Our team successfully detailed critical structural components such as raft foundations, RCC walls, and slabs, alongside interior design elements including flooring, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and specific toilet layouts. Furthermore, comprehensive MEP services covering lighting, HVAC, fire alarm networks, drainage, and water supply were precisely incorporated into the final model. By leveraging advanced software platforms like Revit, AutoCAD, and the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), we generated the detailed layouts, elevations, shop drawings, and schedules needed to support the construction teams.

To guarantee the highest level of accuracy, all of these digital workflows were executed in strict compliance with international ISO 19650 standards. The project placed a heavy emphasis on precision, utilizing rigorous QA/QC processes, careful visual checks, and the creation of client-specific BIM families. This proactive and meticulous methodology ensured flawless interdisciplinary coordination throughout the entire development phase, minimizing potential on-site conflicts and driving the project toward its efficient and successful completion.
