Bringing this adrenaline-fueled complex to life required the flawless integration of striking architectural concepts with heavy-duty structural and mechanical frameworks. To fuel this ambitious vision, BIM Studio stepped onto the track to deliver highly specialized Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. Our primary mission was to build an incredibly accurate, data-rich digital twin capable of handling the extreme geometric and spatial demands of a world-class racing and entertainment facility.
Navigating the intricate, sweeping curves of the motorsport track and the futuristic layout of the Experience Centre called for a highly proactive engineering strategy. Our team meticulously crafted Level of Development (LOD) 400 models across all major disciplines, encompassing heavy structural supports, specialized track infrastructure, and high-capacity Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) networks. A major component of this high-speed workflow was the execution of rigorous, interdisciplinary clash detection in a fully virtual space. By systematically hunting down and resolving complex physical intersections between dense utility lines and unique architectural features before breaking ground, we successfully bypassed expensive on-site roadblocks and kept the construction schedule racing forward without a hitch.
Crossing the finish line on the digital design phase, the delivery of these completely clash-free federated BIM models and highly detailed shop drawings armed the on-site contractors with the exact technical blueprints needed for a spectacular, highly efficient project handover.
