Bringing such a breathtaking residential and commercial destination to life required more than just great architecture; it demanded exceptional digital coordination. To help realize this ambitious vision, BIM Studio stepped in with comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. Our main goal was to build a highly accurate, data-rich digital foundation that seamlessly blended the project's striking architectural designs with its essential structural and mechanical systems.
Managing the complex spatial requirements of a premium, multi-purpose facility naturally called for cutting-edge engineering and careful planning. Our experts meticulously crafted the project models to an advanced Level of Development (LOD) 400, capturing everything from core structural beams to high-end interior finishes and intricate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) networks. A major focus of our work was proactive, interdisciplinary clash detection in a fully virtual space. By systematically tracking down and resolving physical conflicts between dense utility lines and architectural features long before any actual building began, we saved the construction teams from expensive on-site rework and kept the project timeline moving smoothly.
Handing over these completely clash-free BIM models, along with precise shop drawings and detailed extraction sheets, gave the on-site contractors the exact digital blueprints they needed for a flawless and highly efficient construction phase.
