FADHILI PLANT

The Fadhili Plant located in Saudi Arabia was a massive industrial energy project that demanded the highest levels of technical precision and advanced digital engineering. To support the successful development of this highly complex facility, BIM Studio delivered specialized Building Information Modeling (BIM) services specifically tailored for the heavy industrial sector. Our primary focus was on establishing an incredibly accurate, data-rich digital foundation that flawlessly integrated the plant's heavy mechanical systems, specialized piping networks, and expansive structural frameworks into a single, cohesive virtual environment.

Navigating the extreme spatial constraints and rigorous safety standards of a modern energy facility required meticulous 3D coordination. Our engineering team developed precise Level of Development (LOD) 400 fabrication models, capturing every detail from complex biogas and oil piping layouts to custom structural supports. A critical component of this rigorous workflow involved executing advanced, proactive clash detection within the dense web of industrial utilities. By systematically identifying and resolving physical intersections in the virtual space before any physical construction began, we drastically reduced the risk of costly on-site modifications, minimized material waste, and optimized the complex build sequencing.

Ultimately, the delivery of these highly coordinated, clash-free BIM models, alongside accurate spool drawings and detailed fabrication documentation, provided the on-site contractors with the exact digital blueprints necessary for a safe, highly efficient project execution.
