MISK FORUM PENINSULA OFFICE

The Misk Forum Peninsula Offices located in Saudi Arabia, stood as a prominent commercial development that required highly specialized vertical transportation engineering. Working in close collaboration with the specialized consulting firm Barker Mohandas, BIM Studio delivered expert Building Information Modeling (BIM) services tailored exclusively to the building's intricate mobility infrastructure. Our core objective centered on the precise digital coordination of these complex transit systems, guaranteeing their seamless integration within the expansive architectural and structural framework of the modern office facility.

To fulfill the project's stringent specifications, our digital engineering team meticulously modeled custom lift and escalator components to create a robust Level of Development (LOD) 300 BIM environment for 11 distinct vertical conveyances. This data-rich model served as the foundational source for extracting critical, highly technical installation documentation. We systematically produced an exhaustive suite of specialized 2D sheets, which included detailed layout plans, cross-sections, intricate hoistway configurations, precise pit plans, door elevations, and headroom dimensions. By proactively addressing these complex spatial parameters in the virtual space, we effectively mitigated the risk of structural clashes and streamlined the preparatory phases for the on-site contractors.

The delivery of these fully coordinated BIM models, paired with detailed PDF and .DWG extraction sheets, equipped the installation teams with the precise technical blueprints necessary for a flawless and efficient project handover.
