Al JAWHARA MALL

The Al-Joharah Mall in Saudi Arabia is a prominent commercial development project requiring complex digital coordination.

Working alongside the Diriyah Gate Development Authority and SEGI, BIM Studio provided specialized Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. The primary objective was to ensure highly accurate, multidisciplinary integration across both architectural and mechanical systems.

For the architectural scope, our team collaborated closely with SIEC as the consultant to update the core BIM models based on schematic design (SD) reviews. This involved seamlessly coordinating the architectural models with various other engineering disciplines and securely managing the project data through BIM 360. Ultimately, this phase culminated in the successful delivery of meticulously coordinated layouts, enlarged plans, and detailed design (DD) BIM models formatted in PDF, DWG, and Revit.

In addition to the architectural design, BIM Studio played a crucial role in the facility's safety infrastructure by executing the MEP Fire Protection scope. This technical phase required the development of a precise LOD 300 BIM model specifically dedicated to the firefighting services covering the Upper Ground and First Floors. Our experts focused on creating custom, parametric MEP components and ensuring they were flawlessly coordinated with the underlying structural elements. Completed within a strict one-month timeframe, the final deliverables provided a comprehensive fire sprinkler system LOD 300 model. Together, these comprehensive workflows established a highly reliable digital foundation for the mall's safe and efficient construction.
