TRIPLE BAY MARINA VILLAGE BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Located in Saudi Arabia, the Triple Bay Marina Village Boutique Hotel (VBH) was a prestigious hospitality project executed for the Amaala Company. Highlighting luxury interior design within a high-end resort setting, the development required exceptional digital coordination to bring its intricate aesthetic vision to life. BIM Studio played a crucial role by providing specialized interior design Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. Our team successfully delivered highly detailed Level of Development (LOD) 400 models specifically focused on all Front of House (FOH) areas. This extensive modeling effort meticulously captured complex interior elements, including detailed finishes, bespoke furniture, custom joinery, and specialized lighting fixtures.

To guarantee the flawless physical integration of these luxurious spaces, the project demanded rigorous validation and spatial coordination. We systematically validated the existing design models, upgrading them from LOD 300 to LOD 400 based on precise contractor specifications. By leveraging advanced software like Navisworks, our experts performed proactive clash detection and resolution, ensuring smooth and conflict-free coordination across all intersecting architectural and mechanical trades. This highly collaborative workflow was continuously supported by detailed weekly updates and regular technical meetings, keeping all stakeholders perfectly aligned with the construction schedule.

Our team finalized the project by developing comprehensive LOD 500 as-built models integrated with COBie data, providing the client with robust documentation for seamless long-term asset management.
