We systematically validated the existing design models, upgrading them from LOD 300 to LOD 400 based on precise contractor specifications. By leveraging advanced software like Navisworks, our experts performed proactive clash detection and resolution, ensuring smooth and conflict-free coordination across all intersecting architectural and mechanical trades. This highly collaborative workflow was continuously supported by detailed weekly updates and regular technical meetings, keeping all stakeholders perfectly aligned with the construction schedule.
Our team finalized the project by developing comprehensive LOD 500 as-built models integrated with COBie data, providing the client with robust documentation for seamless long-term asset management.
