The WYNN Al Marjan Island project in the UAE represents a significant initiative focused on road infrastructure development using advanced BIM processes. Undertaken for ALEC and Al Futtaim (Sub Contractor), the primary scope of this work involves creating a highly detailed LOD 400 BIM model utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D. By establishing this sophisticated digital environment, the project ensures accurate design and meticulous coordination specifically tailored for complex highway works.
To manage this, the project leverages Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, and REVIZTO for all modeling, clash detection, and collaborative workflows.
Maintaining strict adherence to ISO 19650 standards for data management and compliance is central to the strategy. This rigorous approach guarantees precision, boosts efficiency, and fosters interoperability across all stakeholders, ultimately providing a robust digital foundation for infrastructure delivery.
