Located in Abu Dhabi, the Saadiyat Marina District - Garden Villas Project was a significant residential development executed for ALDAR, in collaboration with KEO International Consultants. For this initiative, BIM Studio provided specialized interior design BIM services focused on refining and coordinating the digital assets of the luxury villas. The primary scope of our work involved the meticulous interior design updation of an existing Level of Development (LOD) 300 Revit model, ensuring that all architectural and aesthetic details accurately reflected the latest design requirements.
To guarantee the flawless integration of these updated interior elements, our team conducted rigorous clash coordination to identify and resolve spatial conflicts prior to any physical implementation. This proactive digital workflow was essential for revising the Detailed Design (DD) stage sheets and maintaining high standards of accuracy across the board. By utilizing a robust suite of software that included Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and the BIM 360 cloud platform, we seamlessly managed the data environment in strict compliance with established BIM standards.
Ultimately, the final project deliverables provided to the client included the fully updated LOD 300 Revit model, comprehensive PDF sheets, and Navisworks (NWC) files, establishing a highly coordinated foundation for the project's success.
